About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and autonomous Radiographer seeking a new challenge as the Sole Chief Radiographer of Cobar and Nyngan Health Services, providing weekday on-site general radiography services as well as on-call. This role will primarily be required to cover imaging services at Cobar and Nyngan with potentially some commutable satellite sites on an ad-hoc basis.

Come and join our team, in providing first class imaging services to Western NSW Local Health District (WNSWLHD). If you can see yourself practicing within a rural community, we’d love to have a chat and explore the possibilities.

As a sole imaging practitioner servicing Cobar and Nyngan Health Services’, this position will perform some higher-level administrative functions as well as clinical workload.

Medical Imaging is an independent business unit within the Service Delivery Directorate of WNSWLHD, supplying diagnostic imaging services to many facilities across Western NSW. This network will provide the direct reporting line and operations support to this position. This position will report to the procedural Chief Radiographer located at Forbes Health Service.
