About the role
This is an opportunity to join a supportive and motivated Physiotherapy and extended Chronic Care Team in a large regional health service.
You will be the Senior Chronic Care Physiotherapist in Dubbo Hospital Physiotherapy Department providing a high-level of physiotherapy care for patients in class, clinic and other inpatient and outpatient settings. You will be required to demonstrate advanced skills in the assessment and care of chronic respiratory and cardiac conditions. You will also demonstrate the ability to provide general acute clinical care and discharge planning, clinical supervision and support for junior colleagues and students, as well as advising other colleagues across the district your areas of expertise when needed.
You will have support from other experienced senior clinicians, will be involved in planning, implementing, evaluating and reporting on services, and identify, develop and lead quality improvement activities to ensure the delivery of high quality and consistent care.
