About the role
The role of the Senior Mental Health Clinician is to deliver evidence based, high quality care and support to the older person, at risk of suicide and their carers ensuring inclusion of the older person and their family in collaborative care and safety planning.
The successful applicant will provide timely, assertive, and acute follow up of older people with identified risk of suicide and ensure warm handover when appropriate to the Older Persons After care service.
