About the role
Are you a passionate clinical pharmacist ready to lead, inspire and shape the future of pharmacy practice? We are seeking an experienced and motivated pharmacist who is committed to developing and mentoring pharmacists, fostering clinical excellence, and building a high-performing workforce.

In this senior leadership role, you will work with the incumbent Senior Clinical Pharmacist and the Pharmacy leadership team to support pharmacists to practise at the top of their scope, driving innovation, professional growth and advanced clinical practice across the service. You will play a key role in creating a culture of continuous learning, empowering pharmacists to expand their capabilities, enhance patient care, and achieve their full professional potential.
