About the role
The Community Nurse works closely with the local doctor’s surgeries, Virtual and telehealth services to base facilities and support and coordinate care from pre-conception to post-natal care.


The successful applicant must be willing to complete their transition to Child & Family Health Nurse certificate.


The Community Nurse is part of the Gulargambone MPS Community Primary Health team and is based at the Multi-Purpose Service.

This position will be based at Gulargambone Multi-Purpose Service. Gulargambone is an Aboriginal word derived from the gilagambuwan word meaning young galas.
