About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Palliative Care Nurse to provide high‑quality, client‑centred care to people living with a life‑limiting illness.
Supporting patients with complex needs, the Registered Nurse also offers guidance and comfort to their families and carers. Care is delivered through face‑to‑face visits, telephone support and telehealth to ensure equitable access for all individuals.
You will work across a variety of settings, including inpatient units, home environments and residential aged‑care facilities, contributing to improved quality of life and wellbeing for patients and those close to them. This position requires strong knowledge of palliative care principles, excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering compassionate, holistic care.
