About the role
Our single goal is provide a service that builds 'healthier rural people and thriving communities', and in this role, you’ll be an integral part helping patients access health care within their own communities. 

This is a rewarding role where you can be involved in people’s lives, not just their illnesses.

Rural nursing is extremely rewarding as you build personal relationships with patients and are responsible for holistic care, taking care from start to finish - patients do not get swept away to a specialist ward as occurs in a referral hospital.  By directly influencing care across the lifespan and health continuum of their community rural nurses are respected and valued members of their hometowns.

In this role, you will join the team at Rylstone Multi Purpose Service where you will be closely supported by the Nurse Manager & Health Service Manager to expand your clinical skillset and be encouraged to learn.
