About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Child & Family Health Registered Nurse to join the Sustaining NSW Families (SNF) Program and diversify their clinical skills.

The SNF Program provides nurse-led, at-home care to vulnerable babies and families from pregnancy to age 2. In this role, you will be supported by a multidisciplinary team to provide strength-based care to maximise child and family outcomes.
