About the role
The Child and Family Health Nurse position at Blayney Multipurpose Health Service is pivotal in the provision of care for our families living in our community. This role requires a dynamic and motivated person, with the ability to work autonomously. You will require a sound knowledge and experience in the provision of Child and Family Health Services with a focus on the family unit at the centre of everything we do.

The Blayney Health Service is a 31-bed multipurpose service providing inpatient care, residential aged care services, emergency care, ambulatory care, and a range of primary and community services under one organisational structure.

Blayney MPS provides employees with opportunities to use your clinical skills to improve the quality and safety of health care for all patients and residents at Blayney MPS.
