About the role

Our rural based multipurpose sites are small hospitals and some also contain aged care. Rural nurses work across settings in emergency, acute care, aged care, chronic disease, child health, primary care, mental health, dialysis, palliative, and health promotion. Nurse work in small teams or on their own, supported 24/7 by a world leading virtual care model utilising state of the art telehealth technology. 

You should possess leadership skills, a love for rural nursing, ED and triage skills preferred or willingness to undertake further education.

shift work, includes night duty.
