Molong Multi Purpose Service
About the role
At Western NSW LHD this role enables you to bring your purpose to life, broaden your scope and fast track your career. As a Registered Nurse you will be integral to achieving our goal of healthier rural people and thriving communities.
This role involves working with the multidisciplinary team both face to face and virtually to deliver a range of health care services including aged care, acute care, primary health and community health.
The Molong Multi Purpose Service includes acute and sub-acute/non-acute inpatient services, rehabilitation, respite and palliative care, residential aged care, outpatient and ambulatory care services and a range of integrated primary and community health services.
You will be responsible for assisting with the provision of high quality care and ensuring the wellbeing of patients and residents within the Molong Multi Purpose Service facility.
You will provide and lead safe, appropriate, and responsive quality nurse care to patients and clients of Western NSW Local Health District, to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals and rural communities.
