Registered Midwife – 10- 20k Incentives Offered
Forbes Health Service

About the role
As a Registered Midwife at Forbes Hospital, you will join a dynamic team of expert clinicians who provide women centred care. Forbes Health Service is a Level 3 Maternity Service with a Level 2 Neonatal Service caring for planned births from 37 weeks gestation.

Each year we birth approximately 180 babies and provide antenatal and postnatal care to 300 women from the surrounding communities. Antenatal care is provided through the public hospital system with a MAPP program providing antenatal and postnatal care.

Forbes Health Service provides you with the opportunity to work to the full scope of your midwifery practice. Whether you are a newly registered midwife, or have years of experience, there is a place for you in Forbes Maternity. Some days you will see women across the continuum of pregnancy – antenatal, intrapartum and postpartum – no two days are ever the same.

Rural Health Workforce Incentives Scheme
