About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist, with the appropriate skills and knowledge, to head the Physiotherapy Department at Orange Health Service. You will have the opportunity to continue clinical work according to your skills, interest areas and the needs of the service. You will be part of a great team and Allied Health community, and living in our lovely rural city.
You will be responsible for leading a team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologist and Allied Health Assistants with a wealth of clinical experience and specialised skills, that assist in providing contemporary care to the consumers of Orange and surrounds.
As the Physiotherapist, Head of Department, you will be contributing to enhanced health and wellbeing for our consumers, promoting a culture of safety and producing evidence- based, innovative and responsive Models of Care.
In this role, you will be required to demonstrate advanced reasoning skills in the provision of clinical care, clinical supervision and support and exercise of independent professional judgement in solving problems and managing complex situations..
