About the role

The Nurse Unit Manager will be in charge of the Paediatrics and Special Care Nursey Unit and will provide leadership and management of staff, services and resources to ensure delivery of safe, effective, quality nursing care.

The Paediatrics and Special Care Nursery are busy departments, where you will be instrumental in leading and supporting staff through day to day running tasks such as rostering, resource allocations, problem solving and mentoring staff.  You will also act as a role model to uphold policies and professional standards practices delivering evidence based best-practice.
