Wollongong Hospital is seeking experienced and motivated nursing leaders to join the Surgery Stream as a Nurse Unit Manager, Level 2 (NUM 2) for our Speciality Surgical Ward (A5).

 

This roles provide an opportunity to lead and support clinical teams, drive high-quality patient care, and contribute to service delivery within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Working within a supportive leadership team and a well-established surgical service, you will play a key role in fostering team culture, strengthening workforce capability, and supporting safe patient-centred outcomes.

Wollongong Hospital is the Illawarra Shoalhaven’s major referral and teaching hospital and has a bed-base count of more than 500. The campus, which incorporates the Illawarra Regional Cancer Care Centre, provides a comprehensive range of inpatient, outpatient and community-based services.
