About the role
A great opportunity has become available for a temporary full time Nurse Manager at our Trangie Multi-Purpose service. 

This role consists of 3 days in the office and 2 days on the floor with flexibility to adjust to the demands of the facility. Drawing from your leadership skills you will provide management and supervision of nursing staff and related clinical practice to ensure care provided is safe, appropriate and meets professional standards. This will include rostering, managing leave, recruitment and performance management. The role will contribute to the operational planning and monitoring of services upholding policies and professional standards.

Trangie MPS is a small dedicated team who is supporting and engaging. We proudly provide care to our community and residential aged care residents that directly influences the lifespan and health continuum of our community.
