About the role

Our nursing team is critical in our vision to build healthier rural people and thriving communities. Our nurse managers make sure we deliver on our promise through creating safe, healthy environments that support the work of the health care team and contribute to patient engagement. 


The Nurse Manager is responsible for the management and supervision of nursing/ midwifery staff and related clinical practice.

 

Coonamble MPS is 160 Km from the large regional centre of Dubbo. Coonamble and district offer many opportunities. Great food and coffee spots, walking tracks, yoga, netball or football and many other diverse activities. You may even want to get involved in the local theatre play which is running this year. Great schools and family activities.


Coonamble is a rural town with 8 acute beds, emergency department, dialysis, residential aged care, ambulatory care and a range of community primary health services.
