About the role
In this role you will provide professional clinical services demonstrating sound clinical reasoning, effective problem-solving skills and quality management to improve the health and wellbeing of people the community, focussed on the Mental Health care for adults aged between 18-65 in a rural setting.
Collaborating with a wide range of service including our own community and hospital teams and external care and community support organisations, you will develop and coordinate client directed care management plans, ensuring access through a variety of service delivery options and technology. Options may include home visits, visiting clinicians, outreach services and tele-health appointments.
You will grow through actively participating in clinical supervision, workplace education and quality improvement initiatives to develop and maintain professional skills and deliver high quality mental health care.
Work hours are Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5pm. You will not be required to work on Public Holidays or weekends.
