About the role
Our goal to build 'healthier rural people and thriving communities' is the shared responsibility of all involved in care of our patients and the Hospital Assistant is an integral and valued member of our team.

In this role, you will support the delivery of an efficient and effective food service to the patients of Bathurst Health Service. You will adhere to Food Services Guidelines, as required by the Ministry of Health, Western NSW Local Health District & Food safety policy.

In a small, close knit team you will be well supported and your dedication will be seen and appreciated. You will be an integral member of the community and you’ll see not only the results of your care, but the appreciation of the community of the role you play in their health.
