About the role
Our Warren Multipurpose site is looking for an Enrolled Nurse to join their Community Health team. Our single goal is providing a service that improves the health of rural people and helps communities thrive, and in this role, you’ll grow long-term relationships with patients in the communities, assisting them by providing physical and psychological comfort and support with activities of daily living. You will be an integral member of the community and you’ll see not only the results of your care, but the appreciation of the community of the role you play in their health.

This is a rewarding role where you can be involved in people’s lives, not just their illnesses, and we commit to support you in an inclusive, collaborative and caring team environment.

As an important part of our multidisciplinary care team, you’ll deliver nursing care through a flexible service delivery model, both in community and ambulatory settings, with the support and supervision of registered nursing staff.
