About the role
The Enrolled Nurse (EN) position at Blayney Multipurpose Health Service (MPS) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to both our acute patients and the residents who call our facility home. We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated individuals with a solid foundation in acute care and aged care, and a passion for making a meaningful difference every day.
This is an exciting time as the Blayney MPS redevelopment is about to commence. This is part of the NSW Government’s $297 million Multipurpose Services Program to deliver improved access to health and aged care services for communities in rural and remote NSW.
Blayney MPS is a wonderful place to work, a warm, supportive rural health service where teamwork, respect, and best-practice care are at the core of everything we do.
This is a shift-work position, working a rotating roster, morning, evenings and night shifts. ENs are allocated a dedicated wing of patients or residents, allowing you to deliver consistent, holistic care.
If you’re passionate about delivering excellent care and want to be part of a supportive, close-knit rural health team, we’d love to hear from you. Join us at Blayney MPS and make a real difference every day. We have multiple opportunities available.
