Drug & Alcohol Clinician - $20k plus $10k Incentives Offered
Community Mental Health – Bourke

About the role

The purpose of the position is to provide Drug and Alcohol assessments, client focused treatment, case management and counselling for clients who present with substance use problems and/or comorbidity issues. Actively collaborating with Mental Health services in treatment planning and provision with shared care clients.  Additionally, working with the Opioid Treatment Program, MERIT and Drug Court program, Substance in Use in Pregnancy and Parenting program (SUPPPs).

 

The Drug & Alcohol clinician is part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for providing expert Drug & Alcohol clinical services in collaboration with consumers, carers and other care providers using an integrated and person centred approach.

 

This position is based in Bourke NSW.

Location is negotiable between Bourke, Coonamble, Cowra and Nyngan. Depending of the location of the successful applicant, Outreach to cover Bourke and surrounding areas.
