About the role
This Clinical Nurse Educator role will be part of the Centre for Rural Education, Simulation & Training (CREST) team in Western NSW Local Health District. The role will assist in upskilling nurses across a broad range of clinical proficiencies, delivering on-site education and training. The Clinical Nurse Educator provides clinical education, training and evaluation of skills and knowledge to promote and support improved nursing care.
The role will work closely within the CREST team alongside professional and encouraging members who will provide the guidance and support you need to thrive in the role.
The successful candidate will be supported in the role with orientation, supernumerary time, training buddy and Clinical Nurse Educator training, development and study days.
Working hours are Monday to Friday within regular business hours and includes travel within work hours to rural and remote facilities.
