About the role

Seeking a passionate and strategic nursing leader to advance best practice in wound care across rural NSW.

Western NSW Local Health District is looking for a Clinical Nurse Consultant – Wound Prevention and Management with a strong background in wound care and a drive to lead system-wide improvements. You’ll work collaboratively with nursing, medical, and allied health teams to deliver safe, high-quality care aligned with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.

Emotional intelligence, open communication, and the ability to lead with influence are essential, as we’re looking for someone who can positively shape practice, build workforce capability, and support frontline teams with evidence-based education and innovation.
