About the role
The trauma CNC is a senior nurse specialist who provides clinical leadership, expert care, and coordination for patients with severe injuries. They work across the continuum of trauma care - from resuscitation in the emergency department to rehabilitation, while leading education, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark, as part of a supportive and growing team. The successful applicant will bring energy and enthusiasm to the role, work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and have a focus on the delivery of safe, effective, quality nursing care.
You will provide expert clinical organization, coordination, leader and mentorship, and consultancy services in the Trauma Team at Orange Health Service, you will be an integral leader of this team.
