About the role
Dubbo Health Service Medical Imaging Team are seeking applications from experienced Administration Officers for a temporary full time leave relief position. Job share may be considered dependent on service needs.
This position will cover a range of roles within the Medical Imaging Department, which may include:
· customer service over the counter, via phone or email to patients, carers, medical staff and other key stakeholders
· booking, co-ordinating and sending reminders of appointments
· ensuring correct patient preparation, registration and billing
· assisting in the smooth patient journey through our Medical Imaging facility
· distribution of results to referrers and other health care professionals
· additional administrative tasks as requested by Medical Imaging (MI) management and MI Administration Team Leader
