About the role
The Administration Officer provides administrative support to the Endocrinologist, including the coordination of Endocrinology Clinics undertaken within the Diabetes Unit, located on Dubbo Health Service campus.

You’ll provide quality customer service to patients, staff and members of the public, ensuring a respectful and helpful response is provided to all face-to-face and telephone enquiries, whilst supporting a positive opinion of our Health Service.

You’ll complete a range of operational, clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the Unit, providing assistance with more complex tasks or projects, to support efficiency and quality within the service and team.
