About the role
The Oral Health Service in Western NSW Local Health District has a supportive and friendly culture. The Dubbo Community Dental Clinic has 6 chairs and provides outreach services to rural communities. The clinic consists of Dental Assistants, Dental Officers and Oral Health Therapist.
This position provides reception duties for Dubbo Community Dental Clinic and administration support for the clinic team. The role includes: Checking patients into the appointment book, checking Patient ID, making appointments, answering phone, scanning of documents, email correspondence, liaising with clinical staff.
The successful applicant will be provided on the job training and regular check ins with their line manager and will work a Monday – Friday 08:00am – 16:30pm roster.
