About the role
In this varied and interesting role you will have both hospital assistant and supervisor duties. This role is comprised of dedicated days to management duties and dedicated days Hospital Assistant duties that support the delivery of efficient and effective catering and cleaning services to the patients and facilities within the Multipurpose Service.
On the designated days, your supervisor role will include reporting, compliance, auditing, documentation, improvement programs and providing clear communication to staff to ensure that risks to patient and staff injury are minimised and the hospital runs efficiently and smoothly.
