About the role
This position is in Forbes and is part of the wider Community & Allied Health nursing team across Lachlan Health Service. Lachlan Health Service incorporates both Parkes and Forbes and staff work across both sites when required.
As a Community‑Based Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will be part of an advanced‑skilled team of clinicians who are committed to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care. In this role, you will contribute to a flexible service delivery model, providing comprehensive support to patients, families, and carers across both community and ambulatory care settings.
Working within this team offers ongoing professional development, with a range of education and training opportunities available to support your growth, maintain advanced clinical skills, and enhance your practice. This environment encourages continual learning, collaboration, and the development of specialist capabilities within community‑based nursing.
Rotating morning shifts 08:00 to16:30, 7-day roster, however most shifts are weekdays, with occasional weekend shifts.
