Mental Health Drug & Alcohol - Bathurst
About the role
The senior dietitian position provides an exciting opportunity for dietitians committed to working in a Mental Health Drug & Alcohol (MHDA). This position is based in Bathurst.
The successful applicant will work closely with the team leaders, clinical leaders, and the wider teams to provide specialist dietetic input to people across the age range. A clinical supervisor and professional mentor provide professional guidance and support.
The successful applicant will engage in robust clinical and operational orientation to the role, including the development and implementation of an individualised professional development pathway. This plan will include the core skills required to undertake the role, and the persons own developmental interests MHDA.
The Bathurst MHDA teams include clinicians from nursing, social work, psychology, OT and psychiatry backgrounds, with support from other allied health disciplines. The team works collaboratively and together maintains an excellent workplace culture of support and flexibility, while ensuring a high level of clinical care is provided.
The working hours are 8:30-5:00pm. Job share will be considered.
