Remuneration: $109,247.00 - $133,156.00 pa (+ superannuation + salary packaging options)

About the role
The Clinical lead position provides coordination and acts as a resource to other health care professionals and services to enhance capability and knowledge of staff and enable delivery of optimal care.
Working in a small team of Nurses, Social Workers, Nurse Practitioner and Aboriginal Health Worker, the Clinical Lead works to minimise the harmful effects of substance use on consumers, by providing and maintaining a high standard of individualised client care through the development, implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Service for people and their families.
The Clinical Lead will provide counselling and case management to young people aged 18 -65 years old, who are at risk due to their substance use, and providing support to the y person's family and/or care givers.
Hours of work are generally 8-4.30pm with flexible work arrangements are available.
