About the role
Here is your chance to join the dynamic multidisciplinary team at the Dubbo Mental Health Inpatient Units. This position accepts responsibility and accountability for the provision of quality care, coordination and therapeutic intervention for Aboriginal consumers and their families.
The Aboriginal Mental Health Clinician will work closely with the NUM, modelling the CORE Values to develop quality care to Aboriginal consumers. We are seeking someone who is passionate about mental health, their culture and who will enhance the team with their positive influence.
We are a District that thrives on innovation and you will be encouraged to bring your ideas forward to develop our service. Recent examples include the ‘Yarning space’ and improving the inpatient discharge process to transition to in community supports.
