Selection Criteria:

  1. Demonstrated senior management experience encompassing administration, human resource management , finance & resource management and health service delivery
  2. Demonstrated experience in workforce development associated with expansion and growth within health care facilities including contemporary policies and trends
  3. Demonstrated understanding of the formal partnerships and key stakeholders related to the development of new clinical and non-clinical units/services within health care facilities and knowledge of contemporary workforce planning strategies
  4. Demonstrated ability to acknowledge key milestones and to achieve stipulated timeliness whilst managing competing priorities
  5. Demonstrated experience in recruitment processes including: attraction/retention/marketing strategies, roster management, compliance with FTE budgets and industrial standards
  6. Ability to work collaboratively and consultatively across a broad range of stakeholders to deliver outcomes
  7. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
