Remuneration: $87,813 - $116,824 + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging + Flexible Working (subject to approval)
Location: District wide position (Home Base: Liverpool Hospital – Eastern Campus)

Are You the Right Fit?
We are looking for someone who brings energy, adaptability, and a passion for supporting people. The ideal candidate will have:
- Great attention to detail ensuring accurate HR advice, documentation, and processes.
- The ability to hit the ground running and learn quickly, whilst thriving in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new systems and policies.
- Great active listening and communication skills to build trust and strong relationships with a diverse range stakeholders, including people managers, employees and other People and Culture teams.
- A problem-solving mindset to apply fair and just but practical HR solutions for complex workforce challenges.
Essential skills and qualifications include:
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
- Strong understanding of HR legislation, Awards, and policy interpretation.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel across our District.

- Appropriate qualifications and/or experience in Human Resources Management/Industrial Relations or qualifications and/or experience deemed equivalent.
- Please outline how you have provided practical and compliant advice to a manager on a complex workforce matter (e.g., grading, performance, grievance, misconduct, other). How did you ensure your advice was correct, clearly communicated and executed?
Provide an example how you have supported a people manager with a non-work-related health condition or excessive Sick leave of an employee. How did you balance organisational requirements with employee wellbeing, and what strategies did you use to ensure the situation was handled effectively?
