Achieve Something Great
Campbelltown Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic Storeperson to join their Operating Theatres team and contribute behind the scenes to processes that support safe and effective patient care. In this vital role, you’ll help coordinate and maintain the availability of critical supplies and equipment for surgical procedures, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of nursing, medical and administrative staff to ensure theatres run smoothly and patients receive the highest standard of care.
- Coordinate the availability and timely distribution of supplies and equipment for surgical procedures
- Order, receive and distribute inventory and non‑inventory items across the Perioperative Suite
- Apply ‘just in time’ practices, effective storage utilisation and appropriate stock rotation
- Maintain accurate goods receipting and documentation, and support stocktakes and cycle counts
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams regarding deliveries, consignment/loan items and theatre needs

- Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- General understanding of warehouse and stores processes
- Comfortable using computer systems and supporting stock count activities
