Achieve something great as a Social Worker with Fairfield Drug Health Service, where you will support recovery journeys and help drive meaningful change in a specialist inpatient setting.
- Join a close-knit, highly experienced Inpatient Withdrawal Management Unit and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
- Deliver evidence-based, strengths-focused, and recovery-oriented care to support clients through their treatment and wellbeing journey.

Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
- Relevant qualifications as a qualified Social Worker eligible for registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- Describe a time you reviewed a client and identified gaps related to risk (e.g., current charges/antecedents, mental health, DV, child protection).
- What is your understanding of and commitment to harm reduction and consumer led recovery principles?
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
