An excellent opportunity is available at Liverpool Hospital for a senior speech pathologist passionate about working in aged care and palliative care. The role supervises staff including new graduates and contributes to the strong multidisciplinary care in these clinical areas. 

The role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic hospital environment and patients with complex presentations. You will be part of a large and supportive team with a commitment to high quality and safe clinical care, and developing staff. Are You the Right Fit?
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

1.      Bachelor or post graduate degree in speech pathology which is accredited as eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.

2.      Advanced clinical knowledge and postgraduate experience and skills in the assessment and management of oropharyngeal dysphagia in the acute and palliative care settings, including the use of instrumental assessment.

3.      Demonstrated experience supervising staff and/or students.

4.      Demonstrated commitment to EBP and experience implementing EBP into service planning and evaluation of service changes.
