Achieve something great as an Oncology Dietitian at Liverpool Hospital, delivering specialised nutrition care that supports patients through every stage of their cancer journey.
- Provide high-quality, patient-centred nutrition care to oncology patients across both inpatient and outpatient settings, including those undergoing complex treatments such as bone marrow transplant.
- Play a key role within the Liverpool Dietetics and Cancer Service, contributing to improved clinical outcomes and patient wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team to support holistic, coordinated cancer care.
- Contribute to service excellence through participation in education, clinical evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for a Dietitian who:
- Demonstrates advanced clinical skills in managing complex caseloads.
- Has experience in oncology and haematology.
- Is committed to patient-centred care and shared decision making.
- Communicates effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Shows strong commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
- Do you hold a Bachelor in Nutrition and Dietetics or a postgraduate qualification recognised by the Dietitians Association of Australia?
- Please describe your relevant clinical experience, including any advanced practice skills in managing complex caseloads, and your commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
- Please outline your written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering group education, your computer proficiency (including CBORD), and your ability to work independently and collaboratively while engaging with stakeholders.
- Please describe your experience providing clinical supervision, mentoring, and education to dietitians, students, and/or multidisciplinary staff.
- Please provide examples of your experience in service development and quality improvement, including any initiatives you have contributed to or led.
