Employment Type: Permanent Full Time or Part Time, up to 38 hours per week. 

Temporary roles are available to visa holders, with contracts issued in accordance with visa conditions. Visa holders will be considered where no suitable Australian citizen or permanent resident is identified. 

Remuneration: $41.22 - $57.88 per hour + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse who is passionate about paediatric care and thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. 

  • Possess well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. 
  • Demonstrate sound clinical knowledge and skills in paediatric nursing, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. 
  • Show flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced paediatric ward environment, responding effectively to changing clinical priorities. 
  • Display a strong commitment to patient safety and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural healthcare setting, adapting communication styles to meet the needs of diverse patients and families. 
 

Selection Criteria 
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. 

  • Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Ability to manage workload, prioritise patient care, and respond to changing clinical situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver family-centred care and partner with parents/carers in decision-making.
