- Current midwifery registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated application of the delivery of women-centred care with demonstrated capacity to interact with a multidisciplinary team in a personable and professional manner.
Demonstrated application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualised women-centred care.
Demonstrated ability to manage autonomous caseload and flexible on-call hours within the model of care, and excellent competency and proficiency as a midwife in the continuum of pregnancy care with an understanding of effective escalation and emergency Midwifery care.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
