- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Midwife with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated high-level communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in situations where women decline care that falls outside clinical guidelines. Please provide examples of how you have used respectful, woman-centred communication to support informed decision-making, maintain trust, and uphold professional standards when a woman has chosen a care path outside recommended guidelines.
- Demonstrate ability to provide comprehensive midwifery care across the full continuum, in line with the scope of practice for Midwifery-led model of care. Describe how you maintain competence and continuity in antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, and how you adapt your practice to meet the diverse and changing needs of women and their families across the maternity journey.
