We are seeking experienced Recruitment Professionals to join our Recruitment Team. Whether you are currently working as a Recruitment Officer, Recruitment Business Partner or within a Talent Acquisition or HR environment, this is an opportunity to further develop your career in a large, complex and rewarding organisation. In this role, you will provide contemporary, innovative and practical recruitment solutions to hiring managers and candidates, supporting them throughout the end-to-end recruitment process and contributing to an outstanding stakeholder experience. You will utilise key NSW Health systems including Recruitment and Onboarding (ROB) and StaffLink to deliver efficient, compliant and customer-focused recruitment services.
The role is pivotal to the success of our team. You will partner with leaders across a large and complex portfolio, ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, stakeholder-focused and aligned with organisational priorities.

This opportunity is open to current NSW Health employees only. An eligibility list may be created for future temporary and permanent Recruitment vacancies across South Western Sydney Local Health District and may be used for appointments for up to 18 months.

- Possess strong stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes?
- Have an understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, NSW Health Awards, Agreements, Policies and recruitment processes?
Selection Criteria

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in Workforce/Human Resources/Recruitment or similar

- Detail your recent experience working in recruitment, talent acquisition or a HR transactional environment within a large and complex organisation. Please include examples of how you have managed competing priorities, utilised recruitment systems such as ROB and StaffLink, partnered with stakeholders and delivered successful recruitment outcomes. Knowledge of NSW Health Awards, Agreements and Policies is highly regarded.
We work across multiple locations including Liverpool, Bankstown, Fairfield, Campbelltown, Camden and Bowral. As a member of the Recruitment Team, you will be expected to support your portfolio in person across various locations within our District, ensuring strong local engagement and service delivery. Our main hubs are located at Liverpool Hospital (District Office Campus) and Campbelltown Hospital. We also offer flexible work arrangements, including the option to work from home up to two days per week (subject to approval). Please detail your location preference.
