About The Opportunity 
The team at Bowral Hospital are seeking an organised, personable, and communicative Administration Officer (Level 5) to join the highly skilled team in the Medical Services Department.  

The successful applicant will be supporting the Medical Services Operations Manager with administration duties, recruitment, accommodation, onboarding and the management of medical staff. You will be supporting junior medical staff with their medical rotations and education schedules and responsible for procuring and credentialing locum doctors to fill vacancies throughout the facility.

Previous experience in Medical Administration, Healthroster and HRIS platforms would be desired. However, it is not a requirement of the role!

What You'll Be Doing
To provide a range of administrative and clerical support services to enable the effective delivery of services provided by Medical Services Department in Bowral Hospital

The hospital originally opened in 1889 and has undergone significant redevelopment, with the first stage completed in December 2020. This $123 million redevelopment includes a new Clinical Services Building with a modern emergency department, operating theatres, and inpatient wards. The ongoing second stage will further enhance outpatient services and include a new Aboriginal Dreaming Garden.
