Join our welcoming and high-performing Human Resources team at Fairfield Hospital as a Temporary Part-Time Human Resources Officer (3 days per week).
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, customer-focused professional looking to build their Human Resources career in a supportive healthcare environment. Working closely with the Human Resources Manager and wider HR team, you will play an important role in providing frontline workforce support and delivering a broad range of HR administrative and operational services to managers and staff across the hospital. No two days are the same.
You’ll gain valuable exposure to a diverse range of Human Resources activities, develop your knowledge of workforce processes and employment practice, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation. We are a small, collaborative team that values learning, professional development, teamwork and delivering exceptional service.

Temporary Positions
