- You hold current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse and bring recent experience relevant to acute or medical assessment settings.
- You communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, carers, and the multidisciplinary team, ensuring care needs are understood and responded to effectively.
- You demonstrate cultural responsiveness and a genuine commitment to providing safe, compassionate, quality care to every patient.
- You work collaboratively, interact professionally, and manage conflict constructively when it arises.
- You apply critical thinking, participate in quality improvement, and uphold work health and safety practices as part of your everyday nursing care.

- Do you have current Authority to Practice as a Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)?
- Can you describe a recent example from your practice as an Enrolled Nurse that demonstrates your ability to deliver safe, compassionate, culturally responsive care while communicating effectively with patients, carers, and the multidisciplinary team? Please include how you used critical thinking, managed any challenges or conflict, and ensured care needs were met.
How have you contributed to maintaining a safe, high‑quality clinical environment in your previous roles? In your response, outline your experience with evidence‑based nursing care, risk management, work health and safety, and participation in quality improvement activities.
