Are You the Right Fit? 
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative professional with a clinical or digital health background who is passionate about enhancing medication management systems and supporting frontline staff. 

  • Clinical and digital expertise: Brings experience in clinical or digital health environments, with exposure to eMeds or similar systems, and applies this knowledge to improve system performance and usability. 
  • Supportive and approachable: Builds strong relationships with staff by being accessible, providing guidance, and confidently troubleshooting to enhance user confidence and capability. 
  • Collaborative problem-solver: Thrives in multidisciplinary teams, using critical thinking to resolve issues, contribute to a positive culture, and ensure appropriate escalation when needed. 
 

Selection Criteria 
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. 

  • Demonstrate your experience in the product management lifecycle specifically in the Medication Management Information Systems in a large, complex clinical ICT service environment, including the design, configuration, and deployment of Digital Health systems, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Demonstrate your skills at building strong relationships, negotiating with stakeholders, and communicating complex ideas clearly, while proactively solving problems and delivering business focused solutions?
  • Outline how you use your excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate complex, technical concepts to executive staff, business sponsors, and technical resources in clear concise language through discussion, presentations, and briefs.
  • Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
