With your skills and experience, you can contribute to the millions of ways we're enriching health, and develop your career as part of the largest health organisation in Australia.

Achieve Something Great
Join a dynamic, multidisciplinary treating team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of adolescents. In this role, you will deliver high‑quality diversional therapy by undertaking comprehensive assessments, planning and implementing evidence‑informed interventions, facilitating therapeutic groups, and providing 1:1 support tailored to individual needs. Your work will focus on designing and evaluating recreational and leisure activities that enhance capacity, wellbeing, and meaningful engagement, while collaborating closely within a multidisciplinary mental health setting. You will also contribute to effective service delivery through the completion of designated administrative tasks, ensuring safe, efficient, and person‑centred care.

Are You the Right Fit?
You are a flexible and creative practitioner who thinks outside the box and thrives in a collaborative team environment. You bring a trauma‑informed, recovery‑oriented approach to your work, valuing strengths, empowerment, and meaningful engagement for adolescents. You work well as part of a multidisciplinary team, communicate effectively, and are able to adapt your practice to meet diverse needs. This role suits someone who is available to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and is eager to contribute consistently to a supportive and dynamic service.
