What You'll be Doing
The Registered Nurse will provide safe, compassionate, quality, person centred care and work in collaboration with patients/families/carers and a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes.

Bowral & District Hospital, located in the picturesque Southern Highlands of NSW, offers a unique blend of rural charm and cosmopolitan amenities. As part of the South Western Sydney Local Health District, it has strong connections to tertiary facilities at Campbelltown and Liverpool.
The hospital originally opened in 1889 and has undergone significant redevelopment, with the first stage completed in December 2020. This $123 million redevelopment includes a new Clinical Services Building with a modern emergency department, operating theatres, and inpatient wards. - Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). 3 years relevant full-time equivalent post registration experience and approved post graduate nursing/midwifery qualifications in a field relevant to the specialty field, or such qualifications, or experience deemed appropriate by the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience and skills in providing complex care in the relevant field.
- Demonstrated ability to provide safe compassionate quality care that is culturally responsive.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needs.
