Clinical Nurse/Midwife Consultant(Grade 1)-Drug Health Substance Use in Pregnancy and Parenting Service(SUPPS)(Campbelltown Hospital)-Temp FT

Selection Criteria

• Demonstrated evidence of strategies used to maintain current knowledge of clinical practice advances and research in the relevant specialty
• Demonstrated ability to apply expert knowledge to provide safe compassionate quality care that is culturally responsive
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needs
• Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise
• Demonstrated evidence of the use of critical thinking as it relates to the delivery of advanced evidenced based nursing care
• Demonstrated understanding and participation in risk management, work health and safety and quality improvement in the workplace
•  5 years full time equivalent post registration experience; and 3 years full time equivalent post registration experience in a relevant field of practice relevant to the specialty
• Approved post graduate nursing qualifications in a field relevant to  the specialty field or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the organization
